Terms of Service

General:

  • I reserve the right to reject anything I am uncomfortable with or unwilling to write, even if it is on my ‘will write’ list.

  • I retain the rights to the commissioned work, such as permission to post on my social media.

  • If you ask for the commissioned work to remain private, however, I am willing to accommodate that. You must let me know, as I will not be required to ask every time.

  • Along this line, if you ask to not be credited, I may still post the work as an anonymous commission.

  • You may not repost the commissioned work as your own.

  • You may only use the commissioned work for personal use.

  • You may link the commissioned work to any platform.

  • You may create or commission artwork of the commissioned work.

Payment:

  • Payment is accepted in US Dollars.

  • I can accept payment on PayPal, CashApp or Venmo.

  • A down payment of 25% of your commission price is required up front.

  • The remaining 75% will be due before I send you the finished product.

  • I will write an outline of the commissioned work. You may choose to accept, change, or decline the outline. If you consent, there will be no refunds given.

  • If you decline or choose to not commission me before this point, your full down payment will be refunded.

Process

  • If you do not have a set amount of words you wish the commissioned work to be, I will tell you how long I expect it to be.

  • This will be what your down payment is based off of.

  • There is no guarantee that the commissioned work will be the exact length I estimate. However, once I give you a quote, I will do my best not to change it.

  • I still hold the right to change the price within 10 dollars higher or lower than the original amount.

  • I will send you an outline of the work, and will give you at least weekly updates on the work. I will share up to 75% of the work with you before it is completed.

  • I will provide a beta reader, if requested, for an additional five dollars.

Will Write:

  • All content ratings1

  • Tropes

  • AUs

  • Relationships2

  • General(platonic) Fics

  • OCs/Inserts

Won't Write:

  • Excessive gore

  • Rape

  • Pregnancy

  • Incest

  • Pedophilia

  • Large Age Gaps (Over five years)

1) For explicit works, I will need to know if you are a minor or an adult.
If you are a minor, I will NOT write an explicit work for you.
2) There are exceptions to this, as seen in the 'will not write' section. If you have questions as to what I will write, please feel free to ask!

Prices:

I will charge ten (10) dollars for every one thousand (1000) words.
Maximum of 10,000 words.
+five (5) dollars for a beta reader.
+ten (10) dollars for research fee if I do not know the media (this includes fully OC universes.)

Won't Draw:

  • NSFW

  • Full Nudity

  • Animals

  • Mecha

  • Complex backgrounds
